WHEN WILL MY BACKORDER ITEM SHIP?
Once we get the item back to our warehouse, you will receive an email informing you that your item has been shipped. All backorder items are shipped via UPS ground shipping free of charge.

Can I change or modify my order after it has been placed?

We usually process and prepare your order for dispatch immediately, so you may not be able to make any changes or cancel your order as it may have already been dispatched. In this case, you would need to return your order as soon as you receive it in accordance with our Returns Policy.
